Overview

Digital Ink is an iPad app for creating "Smart Inks" from your images, training them with AI-powered School sessions, reconstructing memories as pixel-art collages, and building autonomous ink ecosystems. We do not require account registration and we do not run ads.

This policy explains what information is processed when you use the app, including optional online AI features requiring explicit consent via token purchase.

Information We Collect

1) Information you provide

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not directly collect personal profile data such as your name, address, or phone number.

2) Content stored on your device

Digital Ink stores your app data locally on your iPad:

• Your Smart Ink library (inks created from images you select)
• Artworks, canvases, learned hashtags, and metadata (VisionMemoryJSON, experimentalBrain)
• App settings, preferences, and InkEventLog history

This information stays on your device unless you choose to use an online feature.

3) AI Memory Reconstruction (DALL-E 3 via OpenAI) (Requires Token Purchase)

Explicit Consent: Purchasing tokens grants permission to send images to OpenAI's DALL-E 3 API for artistic reconstruction.
